Saturday morning breakfast! Recipe for mom's delicious coffee can bread below.

Mix 1.5 cups flour with one package yeast.
Stir .5 cup water, .5 cup milk .5 cup vegetable oil, and .25 cup sugar in a pan. Heat until warm. Add to flour/year mixture and beat until smooth.
Stir in 2 eggs. Add 2.5 cups flour and beat until elastic (mom uses .5 whole wheat right mom?).
Spoon into 2 well greased coffee cans. Cover and let rise 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350. Remove lids and bake for 35 minutes.
