Neiel's Pasta Bolognese
2 tbsp olive oil
chopped peppers
chopped onion
chopped scallions
garlic cloves
chopped carrot
Saute
add beef
salt,pepper
oregano parsley
can of crushed tomatoes
water to keep saucy
sprinkle of red wine sherry
pasta
ENJOY!
